The Genesis
Born from a collaboration between Caribbean climate scientists and architectural engineers, GreenBay identified that mixed plastics, textiles, and discarded rubber — the hardest materials to recycle traditionally — were the perfect raw ingredients for an ultra-durable composite building block.
Today, our non-profit arm funnels 100% of public donations into deploying this technology where it's needed most: building schools for children living in tents, and storm-resistant clinics for coastal communities.
Our Four Pillars
Radical Recycling
We take the waste no one else can process — mixed fibres, tires, and non-recyclable plastics — and lock them permanently into building materials.
Resilient Infrastructure
Our buildings withstand Category 5 hurricanes and severe seismic activity far better than traditional cinderblock.
Carbon Downward
Avoiding cement production and locking waste out of incinerators cuts thousands of tonnes of CO2 per build.
Local Empowerment
We never parachute in. Every hub is operated by locals, creating dozens of well-paying manufacturing and construction jobs.
